Thank you for choosing T&C Christmas Trees! By placing an order or pre-order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All pre-orders are final sale and must be placed by 11:59 PM on November 1, 2025.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred once submitted.
Full payment or any required deposit must be received as outlined at the time of order.

All pre-ordered products must be picked up at the T&C Christmas Trees location. Shipping is not available.
Pre-ordered products must be picked up no later than 11:59 PM on November 28, 2025.
Failure to pick up your product by the deadline and/or failure to pay any remaining balance will result in forfeiture of your pre-order.

We make every effort to honor all pre-orders. However, purchasing in advance does not guarantee your selected item if it is not picked up by the stated deadline. All trees and wreaths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure the best quality pre-ordered tree, be sure to join us at our VIP Pre-Order Event Night for pickup.
In rare cases of supply issues or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar product of equal value.

All sales, including pre-orders and in-person purchases, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once products leave our premises, T&C Christmas Trees is not responsible for damage, care, or maintenance of your items.
Please transport and care for your tree or greenery properly to ensure quality.

Pickup must be completed during posted business hours at the T&C Christmas Trees location.
Exact address and hours will be provided in your order confirmation.
